Accessories include:  Outdoor Research Seattle Hat, this hat is made with Gore-Tex and is waterproof.  Outdoor Research Gore-Tex Overmit, this is so my fleece gloves don't get wet when there is rain or snow.  Outdoor Research fleece earband, this earband has Gore-Windstopper and works great.

3 Season:

• 1st Layer:  The North Face Tibetan Hiking Pant or Packable Hiking Pant and a t-shirt.

Accessories include:  The North Face Sentinel Jacket, this jacket is great for light season protection it is super lightweight b/c it uses Gore-Windstopper for protection instead of bulk.  The North Face Sentinel Vest, this vest is great for stand alone use or I can use it in conjunction with my Mountain Light Jacket as a liner; this system works great and provides more flexibility than a full jacket liner such as the Denali Jacket.   

Accessories:

• Flashlight:  Browning Lightning Bug (made by Pelican) AA size or I sometimes carry a AA Mag Instruments but in winter that aluminum can be cold!
• Water Filter:  MSR Miniworks (14 oz.).
• Stove:  MSR Rapid Fire or MSR Wisperlite International 600 (14 oz.).
• Pots n Pans:  Evernew Titanium 1.3 liter and .9 liter Pots (11 oz.), or Peak 1 Solo cook set (23 oz.).
• Navigation:  Garmin GPS12XL (9.5 oz.) and Silva Compass (2 oz.) with USGS Topo Maps.
• Sleeping Pad:  Cascade Designs Therma Rest Staytek Long (somewhat heavy, very comfortable) and Cascade Designs Ridge Rest (very lightweight, this is for insulation only, not comfort).

Boots:

• Vasque Newbrier- their alright but go ahead and spend another $75.
